Erin Wasson+photographer= a human Helmut Newton Machine

How amazing is the Helmut Newton Machine? Invented in 1971, by the fashion photographer Helmut Newton, it allows you to be the photographer, stylist and model. A multi-tasking machine. Is this the future of fashion editorials? I don't think so; each of these roles takes talent and for one to be good at all three (okay so Erin Wasson=stylist and model, but photographer?) is quite difficult.
But it's definitely worth a bit of fun. Grab some clothes from the Topshop rail, get a little help from on-hand Nars make-up assistants and click the button. It's been launched in Topshop, open for the public before it starts on its mini UK tour.

Have a look at Topshop loving guys and girls who have already experimented with the machine. Lots of trilbies and signature platform Topshop to be seen, borrowed from the Topshop rail. Here are some of my favourites.
